Prior to founding Selen Law Kristiina Leppänen worked 16 years as general counsel in three different energy companies. She also worked as an attorney in private practise for nearly 10 years. She has considerable amount of expertise in complex contracting, company law and M&A. She has negotiated over 300 power plant and industry contracts and participated in appr. 150 different kinds of energy, infrastructure, construction and mining projects.
